Project Objectives:
The DEVELOPMENT project aims to design and implement an innovative demand sensing and added-value assessment platform that leverages machine learning and operations management algorithms.
It enables real-time data collection and analysis from sources such as POS systems, e-commerce platforms, social media, and online reviews, providing accurate demand forecasting and data-driven decision support for enterprises.
Expected Results and Impact:
– Creation of an electronic repository of variables and algorithms for demand forecasting and optimization.
– Dynamic demand forecasting leading to a reduction of forecast error by up to 25% and improved customer satisfaction.
– Optimization of inventory and delivery routes, resulting in cost reduction and higher operational efficiency.
– Empowerment of SMEs through accessible, user-friendly, and affordable AI-based tools.
– Development of an integrated platform that can interoperate with existing enterprise systems.
