Participation of market representatives in the project implementation

The DEVELOPMENT project considers that the participation of private companies in the process of collecting user requirements before implementing the end product is necessary in order to meet real problems of the industry. For this reason, the project plans to hold interactive workshops with the participation of specialized representatives from companies that are active in sectors such as product distribution, ERP/WMS software development and services provision, operation of e-commerce sites (e -shops & aggregated e-commerce sites) as well as products development and retail selling. The process will be based on the DELPHI methodology and will include the use of a questionnaire which will be completed by the participants through a coordinated and iterative process, in order to fully define the problem, discuss any questions and configure possible solutions. This process has already started with business industrial users participating in the project as “pilots” and is expected to be completed by the end of the year, thereby contributing significantly to the identification of end product user requirements.
